Does the itk:: GDCMSeriesFileNames:: SetInputDirectory function support Chinese paths as parameters?

When I am using the itk:: GDCMSeriesFileNames:: SetInputDirectory function, the parameters passed contain Chinese, and then using the itk:: GDCMSeriesFileNames::GetIputFileNames function cannot obtain the dicom sequence under this Chinese path properly.Why？
