Does ITK already multiplies Rescale slope for each PET scan slice?

Hi,

Does ITK reader already considers multiplying rescale slope to the stored value of pixel intensity?
I want to confirm before I do this conversion of each pixel value in each slice of a 3D PET scan

Yes it does, that is why the PET values are in floats and not integral values.
