Differences between Hessian3DToVesselnessMeasureImageFilter and SatoVesselnessFeatureGenerator

Hi,

Can you tell me the differences between those two filters ? It seems to me that the same filter has been implemented under 2 different frameworks.

You might be right they are the same, but there is probably some twist to Sato. LesionSizingToolkit made some modifications to standard filters. I remember they had some non-trivially modified Canny variant. Maybe this is one of those instances. I definitely recommend going with Hessian3DToVesselnessMeasureImageFilter, as it is part of the main library.
