Hi, I am trying to run setup.ipynb from the ISBI '20 tutorial on my computer. But, I’m getting the following error. I have installed Fiji Viewer on Ubuntu. The Fiji.app folder in my home directory (~/Fiji.app).
First there are no silly questions, we all have to start somewhere.
With respect to the problem, the instructions say On Linux: Install into ~/bin/ and you installed into ~. Just create a directory bin in your home directory and move the Fiji directory there.
