Please move lhcp-rh6 builds out of "Needs Dashboard Maintainer Attention" section

The issue with a couple builds related to vnl_math test failures has now been fixed via the following topic:
http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/23217/

Please move the relevant builds back to the expected section. These are important build with newer version of GCC 6 and 7

Thanks, @blowekamp. Moved except for RHEL7-devtool-7-gcc7.2, which has an Update error related to modified files in the repository.

The build “RHEL7-devtool-7-gcc7.2” is still relegated to the Needs Dashboard Maintainer Attention section. Could it please be restored to the expected nightly section.
