Hi. This is a question without any code. Looking at the documentation it seems like you would have to specify the translation, rotation and shearing you would like to do for a composite affine transformation as part of a registration process. For deformable registrations that have “registration filter” functions, you don’t need to do this. Am i misunderstanding something here?
