itk-snap build from source needs older versions of ITK

Trying to build ITK-snap from source, as binaries do not run on our system. Looking at guide at BuildingITK-SNAP, it specifies versions of ITK that are needed. I have version 4.13.1 and 4.13.3, but not the actual versions specified for e.g. ITK-snap 3.8.0. Is it possible to access the older versions anywhere ?
