ITK python SyN registration

Could somebody provide an example for SyN registration method by ITK-python? I don’t know how to use this algorithm.

In addition, I have compile python-ITK for GPU version, but I also cannot find an example to use GUP in registration. Could somebody provide an example?

There is a work-in-progress pull request to enable SyN registration via Python interface.

Only a small subset of filters is implemented for GPU, I don’t think registration is among those.
