To improve discoverability, we could add itk-module to a Remote Module repository’s GitHub Topics.
Modules can then be found by clicking on the topic, which currently results in this list:

I created a pull request to add this recommendation to the ITKModuleTemplate README and added the topic to InsightSoftwareConsortium and KitwareMedical GitHub Organization repositories. There are other modules out there, though. We can make it easier to find them by adding the topic to the repository or creating an issue to add the topic.
