how to solve "Error:exception occured during image IO"?

when i try open a series of dicom ultrasound image,it shows this error,what’s wrong?

Try opening it using Slicer’s DICOM module. It is more powerful than ITK-SNAP’s DICOM reading. Also worth trying for diagnosis, submitting your series to a DICOM verifier, e.g. dciodvfy.
