How to convert a DcmDataSet of dcmtk to itk::Image ?

Now I have a DcmDataSet of dcmtk in my PC memory; I want to convert it to ITK image Data but not by reading a “.dcm” file.

I am not aware of a totally convenient way to do that. @mihail.isakov or @mathieu.malaterre might know more.

I’m trying to construct an itk::Image from an in-memory buffer, rather than from a file on disk. The image data itself is formatted as an NRRD.
