Hello @wulicheng,

Not sure if you are using SimpleITK or ITK as you did not tag your question or specify it.

If using SimpleITK then please see this Jupyter notebook sections titled “Overlay segmentation labels onto original image” and " Overlay segmentation boundaries onto original image". If you are using ITK, the filters are the same, just slight differences in syntax.
