Just wondering why the email notifications have changed to have double brackets: [[ITK]] instead of just the standard [ITK] in their subject.

@phcerdan I have noticed this also.
Maybe this was caused by a recent update?
I changed the email prefix from [ITK] to ITK, which should address the issue.
