Hi, coming from 3D Slicer Forum, i was advised to post this issue here

This file loads up oddly as two “instances” of the image get rearranged in the same volume, to work this around i had to export the images from Microdicom (where they are read fine) then import into slicer and reassign slice thickness and spacing etc manually.
