# Unable to use Fiji/ImageJ

Hi, I am trying to run setup.ipynb from the ISBI '20 tutorial on my computer. But, I’m getting the following error. I have installed Fiji Viewer on Ubuntu. The Fiji.app folder in my home directory (~/Fiji.app).

I’m very new to this field. I’m extremely sorry if this is a very silly issue. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
