# TubeTk - Installation

Hello,

I would like to segment blood vessels for my project. I heard that TubeTK is good for this purpose.  
I am trying to install it on my Linux computer. And I am using ITK version 4.13.2  
But i am getting following error.  
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:291 (include):  
include could not find load file:

```
ITKModuleExternal

```

– Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

Please provide me solution.

Current version of [TubeTK](https://github.com/KitwareMedical/ITKTubeTK) is meant to build with ITK 5, I believe. @Stephen_Aylward which version works best with 4.13.2?

Hi,

We no longer support ITKv4. Support for ITKv4 was always very limited, and I am not certain which checkout of ITKTubeTK should be used with it.

There’s a wiki page for using tubeTK and slicer, but looks a bit dated. What’s the recommended approach using Python thanks

We have created wheels for the 1.3.7 release of TubeTK, that should be compatible with ITK v5.4. We have just begun testing, and your feedback would be very helpful:
