This is an English language forum, so please post any further questions in English.

[Insight Applications](https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKApps) has been discontinued. I think the newest version of ITK they support is [4.6](https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK/releases/tag/v4.6.1). That in turn means you have to use old compilers from 2014.
