# std::mdspan interface for images

I know we can’t require C++23 anytime soon, but [std::mdspan](https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/container/mdspan.html) is quite relevant feature for ITK. Are there any thoughts about how to best exploit it, once we are able to rely on it?
