# Remove JAVA, RUBY, TCL, EXPLICIT wrapping targets

I would like to propose removing the defunct build capabilities of JAVA, RUBY, TCL, & EXPLICIT options.

These build configurations are not supported or working for a long time. The removal of these packages allows to greatly reduces the complexity of the wrapping infrastructure and the maintenance efforts needed to keep the python wrapping healthy.
