Yes, you can use ITK. Take a look at [this example](https://examples.itk.org/src/registration/metricsv4/registertwopointsets/documentation) and [this discussion](https://discourse.itk.org/t/point-cloud-depth-map-mesh-registration-simpleitk-itk-python/3742). [RANSAC](https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKRANSAC) is a bit newer addition, highlighted in [v5.3.0 release announcement](https://discourse.itk.org/t/itk-5-3-0-has-been-released/5578#flashlight-highlights-1).
