Hi folks,

I am planning to release ITK 5 Beta 2 on December 18th with a focus on the GitHub transition.

A [GitHub Milestone](https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK/milestones) was created to help organize issues for this release. If you plan on working on an issue for this release, please tag it with this milestone.
