# ITK Pixel Depth Range Values

Hello, I am curious what the pixel depth range values are for ITK images. I found [this page](https://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/File_Formats) that outlines the different file formats and pixel values, but it does not supply the corresponding ranges. For example, [these are the standard ranges for each of the data types](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/cpp/data-type-ranges?view=msvc-170). Does ITK conform to these values exactly?

Yes, ITK conforms to those values exactly.
