Not sure if interpolating the coefficients makes sense.

Meanwhile I found [this post](https://discourse.itk.org/t/using-landmarkbasedtransforminitializer-for-bspline-registrations/4096). I will give the LandmarkBasedTransformInitializerFilter a try (by sampling my bspline displacements at fixed/moving points).
