Hello,

I have a .vtk model that I have created and I want to apply that as a mask to my 3d Image.
Do you have any idea how can I approach that?

Thanks,
Eleni

[ConvertTriangleMeshToBinaryImage](https://itk.org/ITKExamples/src/Core/Mesh/ConvertTriangleMeshToBinaryImage/Documentation.html) example should help you. Depending on what you want to achieve, you might need [MaskImageFilter](https://itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1MaskImageFilter.html) too.
