How is the number of grid nodes in one dimension determined?
Thanks,
~Shane

You need to describe your problem in much more detail.

Hi Dezenan,
To be clear in DeformableRegistration examples 8,7,6,4 and 15 (and probably a few others) there is a numberOfGridNodesInOneDimension defined. This number varies from 4-8. How was this number determined? Is there some reference I can look at that tells me how to pick this number?

Thanks,
~Shane

That number depends on how much detail your transform needs to have. Take a look at this [FAQ](https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/Nightly/FAQ/Registration#Can_I_register_2D_images_with_Slicer.3F), it has a picture of the grid.
