Hi,

I am currently using diffeomorphic demons (tried step length 0.5 and 2, included smoothupdatefield and smoothdisplacementfield) to register label maps, I noticed that even if a certain object remains stationary in both instances, it’s still being moved away by the large deformations near it.

To test things out, I used the same image for both fixed and moving images and I still notice that there are deformations that go on. I am just wondering what I am missing
