Almost there! I can get the indexes out but having problems converting to point coordinates. Off a previous post [Extract list of non zero pixels of a binary image](https://discourse.itk.org/t/extract-list-of-non-zero-pixels-of-a-binary-image/3355) I would like to use sitk.TransformIndexToPhysicalPoint but that seems defunct now. Is there a newer function to get the indexes to physical coordinates?
